I made macarons twice before finding out about this course and I didnt have a success. When I tried Irit’s technique, 3rd macaron baking was a success right away. She explained it in a very detailed way and showed why that was purpose of each technique, very easy to follow. She replies to questions within as well. I love love this course and I became more addicted to Macarons.

My experience of the course was a comfirmation of how NOT to short cut on this type of baking. its a science, which is precise with near perfect results when followed precisely. I gained more confidence from this course, with the more practice i put in. Not just in the macarons, but also in Meringues, and oven temperatures and timings. it was also very good fun to achieve great results and show them off to my family. ( my worthy tasters)!
