I subscribed to the Photography Masterclass v1 and was only half way through when v2 was released. Having been impressed and engaged withthe lesson content in v1 I had no hesitation in switching to v2.

Photography is something I do in my spare time as a hobby and I was frustrated at the fact that I could take some really great photos on auto but many more shots that I wasn’t satisfied with.

The passion and experience of all three instructors has enlighted me on the key concepts of photography and given me the willingness and confidence to try to dump auto and use the cameras manual settings where possible.

The added bonus of demonstrating in clear and easy steps on how to post edit photos in many types of applications has demistified what i to the newbie a daunting array of tools and controls.

The additional sections on running a photography business were very useful and worth bearing in mind as my skills hopefully progress.

Seeing that the guys all use different equipment and the reasons that they have choosen their particular preferences was also great to view and understand.

I thoroughly recommend this course.

I thought they did a great job. Minimal Complaints.

They have assignments but I didn’t have a camera at the time of going through the courses.

As an enthusiast, I wanted to review and enhance my knowledge of the full spectrum of photography; even aspects I wasn’t really interested in. Having three different faces kept it more engaging and the pace, being fairly fast, allowed a ton of material to be covered. All in all, well done to the Phil, Sam and Will, as I managed to watch every section. Not easy to keep someone (me) engaged after a hard day’s work. I highly recommend this course. Oh yeah, I am taking better photographs. Mission accomplished!

Very well explained and the practical part where in you’re showing actually how things happen when you change settings etc. is really making it easy for me to understand rather than just visualizing it. Thank you!

Adding on, the post processing part is even more intriguing. I follow a very rigid post processing workflow which sort of gives same kind of images after every workflow with different images. These post processing lectures are helping me become more imaginative and open up about being flexible in my workflow. Thank you again!

Course was awesome.

Suggestions :

– Not everyone is able to take pictures of every kind of photography lesson, mostly like Aerial/drone , or maybe wildlife.

Adding a option so there is no need to sumit them in order to get certifided.

– More personalized reviews of work sumited. Most a the time i just got a “good job” and thats it.

The course has been a great refresher of my basic knowledge, together with the post production introduction of which I had no previous exposure too.

Instruction and directions are easy to understand. Follow up and critiques have been good.

I felt very comfortable doing this short course and would highly recommend it to fellow enthusiasts’.

Guys you should be proud of the production you have put together.

This was really just a comprehensive review for me. It was beneficial to watch all the material in a short space of time and think about ways to improve my photography. I did gain new insight into the Photoshop and Light-room Editing Programs. I have always used Photoshop Elements and couldn’t justify the monthly rental without understanding them better. I watched most of the videos even with all the repetitions, since I didn’t use them. It helped to understand the differences from what I use. I have recently set up a photography website and started selling my images on stock photography sites. The material on these subjects would have been helpful before I did this! Maybe one critique would be to go more in depth on stock sites the camera market out there. I am looking to upgrade and I did spend some time looking at mirror-less cameras because of your comments. Again, I am always looking for ways to improve my photography hobby, and this course was put together well.
